You should avoid sharing sensitive personal or financial information through marketplace messages unless necessary and appropriate for your transaction.

Paid Services and Promotion Information

If you purchase a UtiliYard service such as a Featured Listing, Premium Placement, advertising, sponsorship, or another paid offering, we may collect information associated with that purchase.

Payment transactions may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. UtiliYard does not need to receive or store your complete payment-card number when payment information is collected directly by the payment processor.

We may receive transaction-related information such as your name, email address, payment status, amount paid, product purchased, transaction identifiers, and information you provide in connection with the purchase, such as the URL of a listing being promoted.

Founding Partner and Other Applications

If you apply to a UtiliYard program, including the Founding Partner program, we may collect the information you provide in the application, such as:

• Markets served
• Products or services provided
• How you expect to use UtiliYard
• Other responses submitted with the application

Technical and Usage Information

When you use the Platform, UtiliYard and service providers supporting the Platform may automatically receive certain technical or usage information.

4. Public Marketplace Information

UtiliYard is a marketplace. Certain information you submit is intended to be publicly available.

Public information may include your display name, company information, business location, profile information, listings, listing photographs, descriptions, pricing, specifications, and other information you choose to publish.

Information made public through the Platform may be viewed, copied, shared, or indexed by third parties or search engines.

Do not include information in a public profile or listing that you do not want publicly available.

With Other Marketplace Users

Information may be shared with other users when necessary to provide marketplace functionality, including public listings, profiles, inquiries, and communications.

• Cloud infrastructure
